Your executive board is bringing two motions for your approval.
Motion: New York State Women, Inc – Staten Island Chapter agrees to consider support for other local organizations for which a member has a particular passion and involvement. Each request will be reviewed by the Board before acceptance. This motion caps at $1000 per year the amount to be spent by the Chapter.

Motion: Staten Island Chapter agrees to match member contributions for Hurricane Relief during 2017-2018, made payable to New York State Women, Inc. – Staten Island, up to an overall total of $2,000. The funds will be donated to the Staten Island Siller Foundation.

Save the date: On March 3, 2018 we will have a Women in History luncheon that will showcase our members. Contact Virginia Allen who is chairing this event a if you would like to be part of this project.

Ongoing: We are continuing to accept donations of non-perishable food items for pantries on Staten Island. We ask that you bring your donations to our general meeting each month. This need never goes away.
